This is a software tool that can create automation tasks easily. Automation tasks will include multiple software programs that are scheduled and executed automatically.
Automation Anywhere Premier is automation software for business & IT processes. The tool will help you design visually, execute and manage your automation. Automatically creating and scheduling the tasks is quick and easy. You can create these macros by recording key strokes, mouse actions or through scripts. There is no need for any programming and thus the need for any trained development resources. Functional modules and features include scheduler, repeat options, web recorder, variable & debugging support, task-chaining, conditional, file, system, database & Internet commands, single click web data extraction & web mining, Turbo-speed, IE plug-in and so on. Premier license allows complete task to exe capability for deploying tasks. It`d be easy to generate executables to manage & configure software, alter software behavior, create interactive scripts that take user inputs etc.
The interface is well organized. Folder browser is integrated with the display on the left that lists the automation tasks/macros with their characteristics. You then have a tabbed area that lets you define properties, set schedules and triggers from the corresponding tabs. This is the automation designer part while other groups of activities organized on the interface include report designer, deployment manager, workflow designer, trigger manager and the schedule manager. Not only you have the automation creation facilities you have the appropriate management functionalities too. Actions are pictorially depicted to make them easier to understand, edit and manage tasks. Deployment capability allows single click remote task administration and deployment without any need to install the task on the remote PC. This tool is obviously is for users who understand what the component tasks should do and how exactly they are to be integrated to automate the functionality required.
